New Analysis of Management Salary Regulation in Norwegian Industry

Top management salaries in Norway have in recent years increased more than salaries in the rest of society. This trend seems to have been broken in 2009, but we still do not know whether or not this is due to the financial crisis or whether changed management salary practice is also part of the explanation.

Researchers Trond Randøy and Ole Skalpe have examined this trend and summarise their recommendations into five initiatives in a recent research report.
