Bente Berget (10.11.59) is employed in a 60% position as senior researcher at Agderforskning and 20% at the University of Agder, Department of Sociology and Social Work. She has her Ph.D. in animal science and the use of animals in a rehabilitation perspective for persons with psychiatric disorders from the Norwegian University of Life Science (NMBU) in collaboration with the University of Oslo, Dept. of medicine. Her field of expertise is the use of nature and the farm in a health and rehabilitation process for different target groups in the aim of Green care and animal-assisted interventions.
